Onze visie

De steeds kritischer wordende opdrachtgever vraagt veel van de binnenvaartbranche; transparantie, 24-uurs dienstverlening, participatie, volledige informatievoorziening, laagdrempelige communicatie en waar voor hun geld.

Overheidsorganisaties staan voor de opgave om de branche in de gelegenheid te stellen hieraan te voldoen. De komende jaren moeten organisaties veranderingen doorvoeren die leiden tot geïntegreerde en vraag gestuurde dienstverlening, werkprocessen die daarop zijn afgestemd en medewerkers die hiervoor zijn opgeleid.
